Le Thi Mai Linh is currently a first-year student majoring in Multimedia Communications at the Vietnam Women’s Academy. Having built a strong record through several years on her school’s district- and provincial-level Literature Olympiad teams, she has chosen to shift her focus toward graphic design. Combining her existing writing skills with her practice in landscape painting, the student has been able to undertake creative projects at university. Mai Linh’s academic journey has provided her with valuable hands-on experience in shaping career goals and pursuing personal development.
Connecting words and images for a unique identity
Born in 2007, Le Thi Mai Linh is currently a first-year student majoring in Multimedia Communications at the Vietnam Women’s Academy. Before entering university, Mai Linh had already built an impressive academic foundation through several consecutive years as a member of her school’s district- and provincial-level Literature Olympiad teams. Her training in Literature helped her develop strong linguistic and analytical thinking, laying a solid foundation for her future creative work.
Alongside her writing abilities, the student has a deep passion for visual arts, particularly landscape painting. Leisure activities such as watching animated films and reality television programs have also become rich sources of inspiration, allowing her to observe different aspects of everyday life. The combination of linguistic thinking and a strong visual aesthetic perspective has encouraged Mai Linh to choose Multimedia Communications as her long-term path for professional development.
The aspiration to bring emotions into each design
For Mai Linh, images possess an exceptionally authentic and powerful ability to convey emotions. She believes that every design product carries the mission of connecting people and conveying the creator’s message and sentiments to the community in their entirety. Pursuing communications therefore gives the student an opportunity to transform artistic ideas into products with practical value.
Her studies at the Vietnam Women’s Academy are helping Mai Linh gradually turn her career goals into reality. Defining her passion at an early stage has enabled her to develop a structured path for honing her skills.
