Dang Manh Toan carrying the hopes and aspirations of a new generation at GFW All Stars 2026

As part of Global Fashion Week All Stars 2026, taking place from July 30 to August 2, 2026, at the Vietnam Exposition Centre (VEC) in Hanoi, Dang Manh Toan has officially joined the event as a Student Model Ambassador. A student of the Faculty of Pharmacy at Hong Bang International University and the titleholder of Mister HIU 2024, he represents a generation of young students who are proactive in learning, actively involved in community activities, and eager to seek new experiences within internationally connected environments.

When youth is measured with experience

Dang Manh Toan is a student of the Faculty of Pharmacy at Hong Bang International University, representing the image of a young individual who is serious about his academic pursuits while refusing to confine himself solely to the classroom. Beyond his professional studies, he actively participates in student activities, networking programs, and various platforms that help develop interpersonal and leadership skills.

What makes him stand out is not a collection of titles or temporary recognition, but rather his willingness to continuously explore and challenge his own potential. In an era where students are encouraged to pursue holistic development, balancing academic knowledge, social skills, and personal resilience has become a significant challenge. Manh Toan chooses to embrace that challenge through persistence and a constant desire to learn. This journey has gradually helped him shape the image of a modern student—someone who not only strives for academic achievement but also values personal growth across many different aspects of life.

Strong impressions from Mister HIU 2024

Mister HIU 2024 marked an important milestone in Dang Manh Toan’s journey of personal growth. The competition was not only a platform for identifying outstanding individuals but also an environment where young participants could demonstrate their mindset, communication abilities, presentation skills, and confidence in front of an audience. Manh Toan left a positive impression through his calm demeanor, natural presence, and ability to convey positive energy.

The title was more than recognition of his individual efforts; it also reflected the spirit of a young person willing to challenge himself and embrace new opportunities. Winning the competition positioned him as a representative of a generation characterized by dynamism, creativity, and a continuous drive for self-improvement. Yet what is equally noteworthy is that, beyond the spotlight, Toan has remained humble and focused on his academic goals and future professional development.

Pinnacle of a new global citizen generation

Modern society is witnessing a significant shift in the way young people define success. While academic achievement was once considered the most important measure of accomplishment, qualities such as adaptability, networking skills, and creative thinking have now become equally essential.

Dang Manh Toan represents a generation of students coming of age in this changing landscape. He embodies the image of young people who refuse to confine themselves to a single path or predefined role. As a Pharmacy student—a field that demands precision, perseverance, and a strong sense of responsibility—he has nevertheless chosen to step beyond the classroom and challenge himself in an environment that requires confidence, resilience, and the ability to inspire others. His achievement as Mister HIU 2024 not only recognizes his personal efforts but also reflects the mindset of today’s youth: the courage to dream, the willingness to take action, and a constant drive to explore new possibilities and push beyond their own limits.

New journey with Global Fashion Week All Stars 2026

Global Fashion Week All Stars 2026 will take place from July 30 to August 2, 2026, at the Vietnam Exposition Centre (VEC) in Hanoi. Developed from Vietnam International Junior Fashion Week after eight years of growth, this year’s edition operates under a model that connects three communities—All Stars, Junior, and Student—bringing together more than 30 designers, brands, and hundreds of models, beauty queens, male pageant titleholders, and creative representatives from various countries. In addition to fashion presentations, the event aims to promote cultural exchange, strengthen connections among creative communities, and expand opportunities for collaboration in the fields of fashion, art, and media.

Within this framework, the Student community has been established as a platform for pupils, university students, and young people interested in creative industries. As a Student Model Ambassador, Dang Manh Toan is one of the representatives of this community. His participation reflects the image of a generation that is eager to gain new experiences, learn, and build connections within an international environment, while also creating opportunities for engagement with individuals and organizations active in the fashion and arts sectors.
