After her impressive appearance at Thailand International Fashion Week 2025, young model Koka Binh Nguyen has once again been invited to take on the opening position for the brand Dac Ngoc Designer House at Taipei International Fashion Week 2026 — one of the leading fashion events in Asia, scheduled to take place on January 31 and February 1, 2026, in Taipei, Taiwan.
Young representative of Vietnam to the international runway
According to the organizers, Koka Binh Nguyen is among the young models selected to open the show for Dac Ngoc Designer House, one of the most anticipated presentations within the framework of Taipei International Fashion Week 2026 (TIFW 2026). Despite his young age, Koka has already gained valuable experience performing at various fashion events both in Vietnam and abroad. In August, he appeared at Thailand International Fashion Week, leaving a strong impression with his natural stage presence and confident performance.

His upcoming participation in Taiwan marks another encouraging milestone for a young Vietnamese model. It offers him the opportunity to gain exposure to a more professional international environment, meet fellow models from different countries, and broaden his understanding of fashion and cultural diversity in the region.

According to his family, Koka began exploring the runway at an early age after attending modeling and performing arts classes for children. He quickly showed talent in posing, rhythm, and confidence in front of the camera. The decision for him to join international events is always made carefully to ensure it does not affect his studies. “We see this as a valuable experience that helps our child learn confidence, discipline, and professionalism,” shared Koka’s mother.
Taipei International Fashion Week: A platform connecting culture and creativity
Taipei International Fashion Week 2026, organized by Runway Productions Taiwan, is part of the Runway Productions system founded in 2006 by Benjamin Toong, who has nearly 20 years of experience in the international fashion industry. The event will take place on January 31 and February 1, 2026, at Taipei New Horizon (Taipei), bringing together numerous young models and designers from across Asia and Europe.

A highlight of this year’s program is the fusion of fashion and culinary culture. Runway Productions is collaborating with Ningxia Night Market, one of Taipei’s most famous food districts, to offer guests a unique and immersive experience. According to the organizers, the concept aims to embody a spirit of dynamism, connection, and cultural identity, aligning with the core mission of TIFW 2026 — not only to showcase fashion trends but also to celebrate local culture through a creative lens.

Expectations on a new experience
Runway Productions has been an active participant in fashion events across major cities such as Paris, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, and Hanoi. With nearly two decades of experience, the organization focuses on developing professional model training programs, helping young talents refine their posture, expressions, and stage performance skills in a structured and disciplined way.

After each show, Koka takes time to review performance videos and listen to feedback from his mentors and family, continuously improving his walk, stage presence, and expressions. The upcoming event in Taipei in early 2026 is considered a significant milestone in Koka Binh Nguyen’s modeling journey. Though still at the beginning of his career, he is gradually becoming one of the most promising young faces in Vietnam’s child modeling scene — not because of titles, but because of his dedication, professionalism, and genuine love for fashion.
